QuickBooks

I use my detailed knowledge of QuickBooks to map business processes to the system’s capabilities and identify where workflows can be simplified. For example, I connect job costing, invoicing and reporting so teams can track project performance and billing together.

Odoo

I mapped finance and procurement processes to Odoo workflows, tracing how transactions move from purchase requests and approvals through to accounting and reporting. This helped identify where the system supported the business and where processes needed to change.
